SUNRISE DONG STICK ON THE BEACH

Dong Sticks is a joyful body-mind practice developed by an elderly master that wanted to remain supple until old age. The sixteen mindful motions supported by a bamboo cane promote agility, joint strength and flexibility, reduced stress, and increased mental clarity and stability.

We gather at the beach at the break of dawn, listening to the sound of the waves as it laps the shore. Soaking up the gentle rays of the morning sun, a great source of vitamin D. We begin with breathing exercises to relax the muscles and mind. Your instructor will guide you through the sixteen motions, assisted with a bamboo stick to help stretch, strengthen, and increase flexibility.

This 50-minutes session is conducted on Saturday & Sunday , is a great way to start your morning at Desaru. Booking a day in advance is preferred. Join us on the beach for a healthy start as we greet the morning sun.
